So every once and a while I pop in to see if there is anything in the blog that pertains to me as a fashion/commercial photographer and quite honestly there is usually not much here. I understand most of the users here probably are wedding/senior photographers (I used to be one as well), so I'm sure the blog is going to be geared more towards their interests and needs. I would just like to see some more work and input from some one in another market other than the wedding/senior portrait market :) I really like the way Photobiz makes it easy for any kind of photographer to use their products and be successful and I'm sure I am not the only one who would like to see what is happening in other markets. Is there any chance of this happening and is this even the correct place to ask? Thanks!

I've never felt the need to write before but it just dawned on me that i might just have something to say! Like most of your clients I too have been blown away with how classy and gorgeous my site looks and how easy it is to update and manage, one of the main things though is your customer service. I'm based in the UK and to be honest any question or help that you need to do with computers is usually met with elitist-show-off's who aren't the least bit helpful and its always such hard work to get a straight answer. Almost like they want to punish you for not knowing enough in the first place. Whenever i've dealt with American companies (for my web set up as well as you guys) i've been astonished with how much you care, how overly helpful you are and how easy it all is. Thank you so much!!! I couldnt agree with everyone! Photobiz has been the best thing for my business. I used another for three years, and it wasnt as user friendaly and deffinately not geared towards photographers but other types of industries. I was so impressed with the staff. They walked me through every step! Still working on a few things( my fault), but love my new website, thaks to photobiz!

I can't believe how easy photobiz.com was for launching my website!! They have so many great templates that are simple to use but look so profesional! From the moment my site went up my business took off. I was unsure if it was going to be worth it to have my own site, and now I am so glad I did. The most impressive thing about PhotoBiz is that the company progressively comes up with new features. The company is constantly coming out with new templates and new functionality for easier control. PhotoBiz employees are also very friendly and dedicated. For example, I called Photobiz and gave some ideas of what I would like to see in a template and I saw templates that actually had the components that I wanted within a month after talking to a Photobiz staff. Lastly, Photobiz is great because its price is reasonably right unlike many other companies that charge too much for a dull website that is no where close to the flexibility that PhotoBiz provides.

While I love the tutorials, ease of use, and the ability to modify the stylish, modern templates to my own branding style, I must say that the thing I'm most impressed with is the Customer Service. You guys are so easy to reach, and always offer expert advice. I've never called with a problem that you guys couldn't explain how to fix. The SEO features work well for me, too!

I love the choice of templates! So easy to use and great to be able to update your own site when you want! I sell gallery canvas art and Iam also a specialised high quality canvas printer so I've modified things a bit on my site...I'm really impressed! I'm here for good!

Photobiz.com has made it so easy for us to get a site up and running. Still working on getting it where we want but at least we're on a path. Great choice of template designs to suite anyone. Customer service has been extraordinary. Thanks Photobiz! BTW...can anyone direct me to the best way to do album design. I've had some success with Black River (album templates) but have had difficulty on the back end of the design. Any advice or direction is welcome. Thanks. Doug

PhotoBiz has been amazing. I had a very old and tired web site for the last several years and I recently switched to a new designer who led me to PhotoBiz. I LOVE Photobiz!! When I started my business I used Photobiz to get up and running. They have everything that I need and want. The customer service is AMAZING!! I am a customer for life.

Can't say enough about how great this company is. I have had two photographer friends sign up as a result of me ranting about their customer service and great site abilities. I WILL NOT LEAVE! The gift registry alone has landed me weddings. Brides say how great the website looks (flash) but are even more impressed that I offer gift cards and online galleries for their friends and relatives. Keep it up guys!
