Introducing Bordeaux

For the first new Flash Website Template released since January, we wanted to do something really special. We took one of our most popular templates from last year, Marseille and refined it to a whole new level. We hope you love it as much as we do! 

Bordeaux has a unique transition combined with a gradient background and sleek mirror at the bottom of each image. Combined with all of the amazing features and technology PhotoBiz provides with our templates, Bordeaux is fully customizable to match your unique branding and style.

You will immediately notice the unique transition featured in Bordeaux. Up to five of your images will be displayed in a sophisticated carousel transition where the center image zooms forward and swings into place. Below each image you will notice an elegant mirror effect.

Bordeaux offers a very sleek layout for its gallery pages. Arrows are displayed at all times on the left and right of the images for easy navigation. You will also notice a pause and reload button, as well as an image counter.

Custom backgrounds are possibly our favorite feature that many of our beautiful templates offer! In fact, clients often describe these as the most customizable and dynamic feature of PhotoBiz Website Templates, especially when complimented with our color shifting. To add a personal touch you may even upload a custom background whether it’s a textured JPG or a transparent PNG. Here are two examples of how to create a totally unique experience for your clients.

Finally, each and every PhotoBiz template offers a unique loading symbol. Below is the symbol in Bordeaux. All of the colors shown in the example are fully customizable.

Two New Fonts

We are also excited for the release of two new fonts for the Blog and Store Sites – Allise and Schema. Check these out for even more custom options.

Four New Tiled Backgrounds

Finally to wrap up our Super Tuesday releases are four new backgrounds. Carbon Fiber is a new full screen background available for Flash Templates, as well as Blog and Store Sites. Plus, Pillow Texture, Gingham Transparent, and Herringbone Transparent are new backgrounds for the Blog and Store Sites. This brings the total of tiled backgrounds to 24, in addition to 17 full page backgrounds.

 We hope you enjoy all of these new features! As always, you can make a one-click switch to enjoy these new designs.

We are continually amazed and impressed by the awesome talent of our PhotoBizzers and all that they contribute to our community. Many of you share your beautiful images with us and we love to provide an opportunity to show them off. Recently, a PhotoBizzer from “Down Under” shared some of his music and there are now 11 of Chris Alderdice’s songs available in our Music Bank.

Chris Alderdice is a musician from New Zealand who creates guitar driven instrumental tracks and has shared eleven of his songs for our Music Bank. “I have always loved both photography and making music, and over the years I have written and recorded numerous songs and instrumental guitar driven tracks,” said Chris. “I am very excited about PhotoBiz making my music available to its customers as I do believe that music and images create an enhanced experience for the audience, and when a complimentary piece of music is added as a backing track the pictures can take on a new a new meaning.”

He plays all the instruments on the tracks (except drums), and earned first prize in a pacific song writing contest for the guitar solo on his song ‘Rest in Me’.  His biggest music influences are U2, INXS, Joe Satriani, and Eric Clapton.  

When asked what inspires him Chris says,  “I like to think that somehow my emotions are transferred and captured into my songs, just like the magic that can occur in the world of photography.”

PhotoBiz has installed a wonderfully elegant, easy to implement,  new feature that allow you to have a Spanish Site in minutes. If your clients native language is Spanish, and you always wanted to have labels and instructions in Spanish; We have delivered! The Multi-lingual feature added to Store & Blog sites will allow you to specify Spanish language settings and field tags for any internal system messages, even custom names, with a simple click.

Now you can imagine if your audience is primarily Spanish speaking that the ability to change these messages to Spanish would help a great deal in working their way through a site. We have also given you the ability to change the labels inside of the PhotoBiz store. For example, you can now change the “Buy” label to “Purchase Now”.

PhotoBiz has created the perfect opportunity for your customers to have a much more interactive experience with your Store Site. This also creates the potential for you to build a better relationship with your customers. With the new updates to the My Account section, your customers will be able to edit their billing and shipping information, edit or change their account password, as well as view their past order history and invoice history.  All of these changes allow simple, easy retrieval of their order information, and an overall richer shopping experience. No more back-tracking email for orders or invoices because now all of your customer’s information is in one place.
