New: “Chameleon” Flash Template
PhotoBiz is launching a new flash template called the “Chameleon”. You are in for a world of surprises with this template because it has some very unique features, mainly with its color shifting effects.
Name Origination:
The Chameleon got its name because of the unique color shifting feature that it has. Like a chameleon changes colors to its surrounding so does this template. If you click onto a particular page, it will grab the color from the current page that you are on and implement it into the page you are going to. Also, like some of our other recently released templates, you can choose a different color to shift with each and every picture that you upload.
Content Placement:
A featured request from our customers has been to keep the menu bar, and thumbnails off of the image itself. We listened, and here is the first to follow suit. The Menu bar is placed at the top of the page above the image and the thumbnails are placed at the bottom of the page.
Easier Scrolling:
Another suggestion from our customers has been to make it easier for viewers to scroll through the images at their leisure. By putting arrows to the left and right of the screen in the gallery, viewers have the control to go through your images fast or slow, one at a time. This was first introduced with the Game Show and Transformer Templates, now, the Chameleon has adapted it as well.
Full Screen Toggle:
There is a new icon that is being implemented into full screen templates called the “Full Screen Toggle”. In the bottom right corner, you will see an icon that will take your already large template and make it even larger. By clicking on it, the viewers address bar will disappear and the website will grow to overlap that area.
Other Great Features:
As the rest of the Full Screen collection can add and take away a border, so can the Chameleon.- The text area will resize to fit the viewers monitor. If necessary, the text will wrap and add a scroll bar to create a better viewing experience.
- If a scroll bar appears on the side of a text box to allow for more content, the viewer can control this bar with their mouse wheel to make it easier and accommodate your need for putting more text in these boxes.
- Your testimonial page supports multiple tabs for organizing all of the Kudos from your customers.
Now that you have a taste of what it looks like with the screen shots, here is a live sample of the Chameleon template. Better yet though, if you are a PhotoBiz Customer, go to your control panel and try it out today! It’s already there for you and you get to use it for FREE! I am a new member to photobiz within the last few months and I am amazed at how quickly new templates come out. This one addressed some of the improvements I was looking for for and proves that you are definitely customer focused. Thanks and keep it up.
This is great!!! I love that it has the option for full screen toggle. The colors you can choose for each pix is fabulous. One suggestion - make the arrows on the left and right of the image a bit smaller? Can the main menu bar at the top be centered?
You guys rock! Keep the new templates coming!
@Kathy- Its on our “Flash Websites” Page. If you click on Full Screen, it should be #1. Here is a direct link to it for you though: http://sample334.photobiz.com/

Hey David,
Great to see you guys churnin’ out more templates. I’ve gotten alot of cheers from people saying how much they like my Photobiz website.
I will give that a try. I didn’t think to look under settings. I just expected it to be with the other options above the text box. Thanks for letter me know. I give it a look later.
@Michelle- Once you have chosen the this template, click under settings and there should be a bunch of font options for you to choose from. Let us know if you need any help!
@Jeff- The transition bank is coming soon so I think that you will really be happy with that! I will recommend the arrow suggestion you had! And the Full Screen button should be there, I believe the color of it in your color scheme is the same color as the background. If you change the color of it, it should appear for you but if you need any help, feel free to call our team!

I do have one suggestion. It would be nice to have more control over font selection for the text areas. I’m not a big fan of the font used in the Chameleon template. I think its kind of hard to read and it doesn’t seem to matter what color I use.
