Our Full Screen Collection adds the “Transformer” Template
We are releasing another great template that has some very unique features and a great feel for all types of businesses. This one comes straight from the customer’s suggestions with some great improvements. Of course, if you want to change any tabs on the navigation bar, completely customize the color scheme, and use your own logo, along with a whole slew of other customizable features; you can do that with this template as well. We simply like to add new features as our customer’s suggest them!

Scroll Wheel on Information Pages- This is a very nice feature that we are introducing with the “Transformer” template. If you were to put too much text in a content box, a scroll bar will appear on the side that will allow the user to scroll down through your text. They can also control this bar with their mouse to make it easier and accommodate your need for putting more text in these boxes. Now, you can virtually put an unlimited amount of text in each text box.
Resizable Text Area- You never know what size of monitor that your customers will be viewing your website from. Some will be viewing from a small laptop computer and some will be on a large desktop. Now your website can recognize the viewer’s monitor and automatically adjust the text box to wrap your text. If needed, it will automatically add the scroll bar mentioned previously. This creates a much better viewing experience for your customers!
Multi-Page Testimonials- We know that you are as passionate about support as we are and have many different testimonials from your past customers. Before, you would need to put all of these comments on one page and have someone scroll way down to see them all. With this new feature that you see on the right, you can have an unlimited number of pages to hold all of the Kudos from your customers.
New Sleek Animation- All of our templates are unique in their own way. They each have a different style and look to them. The “Transformer” template is another great full screen look with large images, customizable features, and fun animation. The menu bar opens from the bottom and flips up and to the right. Here are a couple of screen shots to display the action of this template.
Sharing the Wealth- Even though this will be the first template with these features, you will be glad to know that we are going to implement these improvements into the rest of the Full Screen Templates as well! If you enjoy using one of our current full screen templates, you can expect to see these new features available within about a month for you.
More To Come…- If you think that these are great just wait to see what else we have for you! We have three great new features and 1 awesome product to introduce in the coming month or two. (1) We are coming out with a Transition Bank that will allow you to use any of our current transitions with any of our other full screen templates. You will be able to change this transition with each and every page or gallery of your website! (2) We are coming out with some awesome new templates that will allow you to change the background. Images, graphics, or other skins will all be easily implemented into the background of your template to really give you a unique look and feel! (3) You will very soon be able to add captions to your photos.
Lastly, the new product is going to be a new and improved client album viewer. This will be a much larger and better presentation with your logo and brand on it. Further, it will involve much more of a communication platform between the photographer and customer with comments and an approval system in place.
This all sounds great!
I am a current client who loves the look of the new "Transformer" template. However, once you unfold the menu and select information. It would be great to leave the selection open so that if someone reads, About Us that they can quickly select the next category under the Information tab without having to reopen the Menu again.
Very interested and excited to have access to all these features!

I'd like to see jute boxes that play more than one song in a row on the website. So there's not awkward breaks in between pages if you want to have more than one song. Do you know what I'm trying to say?

Hey Amanda,
When you you are using a full screen template, to keep your logo from fading out, just click on the settings icon up top. Under the header/footer settings there is a setting called "Faded logo visibility". If you don't want it to fade at all, just set it to 100 or 0. I can't remember which, but one will cause it to fade completely and the other will cause it not to fade at all.

This sounds ideal! Well done to photobiz for actually listening to what its customers want. Is there a time scale on these? I am in the process of updating my website at the moment, but the sooner these new features appear the better for me!

@Fritz- Thanks for all of the suggestions. Let me address some of your requests:
1- You’ve got to make all these options on ALL your templates. The text section of all the templates needs this help desperately.
A- We are working hard to do this for the Full Screen Collection first. They may be applied to the rest of the templates as well but we have to take it one step at a time.
2- It would sure be nice to have a full screen template with these features that didn’t have all the crazy animations. How about a full screen template that kept the menu always visible?
A- Thats a reasonable request :) I like the Wall street template http://sample325.photobiz.com best for very little animation in our Full Screen Collection. It keeps the menu bar always visible. I'll pass on the request though.
3- I sure wish we could choose our own slideshow transitions

It would sure be nice to have a full screen template with these features that didn't have all the crazy animations. Animation is cute, but it's often distracting and confusing to viewers. How about a full screen template that kept the menu always visible, had all these above text features, had a simple cross fade dissolve (I sure wish we could choose our own slideshow transitions), and was easy to navigate? Your templates work way too hard on being overdeisgned, and not enough on being easy to navigate for the viewer.

I'm so excited about these changes and can't wait to see the client album viewer changes! It just confirms why I stay with photobiz and don't use anyone else :)
I am just wondering if there are every going to be any advancements made to the online ordering page? It's sort of dull and odd shaped *Sigh* it's not as fantastic as the actual websites. Also what about Medium sized sites? Like there's the full sized one with the border, and then the one I use, it would be nice if the picture frame was just a bit larger and alot of customers complain about the text boxes being hard to read. Is this the wrong area to post this???? :) Otherwise my site looks amazing, makes my pictures look great too :)
