Create Email Campaigns Faster With the New PhotoBiz AI Email Campaign Creator

Email marketing is one of the best ways to stay connected with clients, promote upcoming sessions, share important announcements, and bring past customers back to your business. The hardest part is often deciding what to write and how to organize everything into an effective campaign.

The new PhotoBiz AI Email Campaign Creator makes that process easier.

Instead of starting with a blank email, you can choose a campaign goal, provide a few important details, select your images, and let PhotoBiz AI create a complete draft. The guided creator helps organize your content, write your message, and build a campaign that is ready for you to review and customize.

Start With Your Marketing Goal

The PhotoBiz AI Email Campaign Creator includes guided layouts based on common marketing goals. Each layout gives your campaign a clear structure, helping you focus on the message you want to share.

Campaign categories include:

  • Sessions
  • Promotions
  • Reminders
  • Announcements
  • Client Appreciation
  • Client Re-Engagement
  • Tips & Inspiration

Within these categories, you can find layouts for mini sessions, family portraits, headshots, holiday sales, senior portrait reminders, review requests, recent sessions, blog posts, limited-time promotions, and more.

You can preview a layout by clicking Sample. Once you find one that fits your campaign, click Select and continue to the next step.

If you prefer to build your own email without the guided setup, you can select Skip Setup and create the campaign from scratch.

Tell PhotoBiz AI What You Want to Say

After selecting a layout, you will enter the information PhotoBiz AI needs to create your campaign.

Begin by giving your campaign an internal name. This name will not appear in the email your clients receive. Choose something that will make the campaign easy to recognize later, such as:

  • Spring Mini Sessions
  • Holiday Sale
  • Senior Portrait Reminder
  • Fall Booking Announcement
  • Client Review Request

Next, use the Campaign Details field to explain what your email should be about.

This is where you can include your audience, dates, availability, pricing, deadlines, special offers, and the action you want clients to take. For example, you might enter:

  • Promote my spring family mini sessions on April 12.
  • Announce that I am now booking holiday portrait sessions.
  • Encourage past wedding clients to book anniversary sessions.
  • Remind clients that only a few fall session dates are available.
  • Ask recent clients to leave a review.

The more specific you are, the better PhotoBiz AI can tailor the draft to your business and marketing goal.

Connect Your Campaign to the Next Step

An effective email should give readers a clear action to take. The Button Link field allows you to direct clients to the most relevant place on your website.

You can link your campaign to a:

  • Contact form
  • Client Gallery event
  • Scheduler booking page
  • Website page
  • Landing page
  • Blog post
  • Special promotion

Use the most direct link possible. If the campaign asks people to book a mini session, for example, the button should take them directly to the booking page instead of your general homepage.

If you are promoting a blog post, you can also create an email campaign directly from that post inside your PhotoBiz account. This built-in option helps you share new content without manually starting another campaign from the Marketing Dashboard.

Add Images That Support Your Message

The next step is choosing the images for your campaign. You can upload new images or select existing images from your image clipboard.

The layout you selected will determine how many images are needed. Choose images that are:

  • Relevant to the campaign
  • Clear and professional
  • Consistent with your brand
  • Easy to view on mobile devices

You do not have to make every final image decision during setup. Once PhotoBiz AI creates the campaign, you can edit, replace, or rearrange the images as needed.

After choosing your images, click Create Campaign. PhotoBiz AI will combine your selected layout, campaign details, button link, and images to generate your email draft.

Review and Personalize Your Campaign

PhotoBiz AI gives you a strong starting point, but you remain in control of the finished campaign.

Before sending it, review the entire email and make sure:

  • The information is accurate.
  • The message sounds like your business.
  • The images display correctly.
  • The button goes to the correct page.
  • Dates, prices, and deadlines are correct.
  • The next step is clear to readers.

Your campaign might ask clients to book a session, view available dates, complete a form, read a blog post, open a gallery, claim an offer, or contact your business. Whatever the goal, it should be easy for someone to understand what to do next.

You can also send yourself a test email before delivering the campaign to your contact list. This lets you see the campaign from a client’s perspective and confirm that the layout, links, images, and content work properly inside an inbox.

Turn Your Ideas Into Complete Campaigns

The PhotoBiz AI Email Campaign Creator removes one of the biggest obstacles to email marketing: starting from a blank page.

With guided layouts, AI-assisted writing, image selection, and built-in button links, you can move from an idea to a complete campaign in less time. Whether you are announcing new sessions, promoting an offer, reconnecting with past clients, or sharing useful content, PhotoBiz AI helps you create a focused campaign while keeping you in control of the final message.

To try it, open the Marketing section of your PhotoBiz account and click New Campaign. Choose your goal, add your campaign details and images, and let PhotoBiz AI help you create your next email.
