We think it is important for you to be able to talk to a person when you need help. That’s why for the past 17+ years, we’ve offered live support by phone and email. Starting today, we’re introducing a new way to get support. We are now offering live support via chat.
All you have to do is log into your account, and click on the teal icon in the bottom right corner of the control panel. It is right next to the orange PhotoBiz Assistant icon. Live chat is a great new way to quickly connect with our team when you need help.
Below the chat icon is the PhotoBiz Assistant icon (Tip: It’s orange). When you access the Assistant, depending on where you are in the control panel, you’ll be presented with tips and tutorials for PhotoBiz’s tools and functions. The Assistant is also a fast way to get access to support articles or to contact our team by phone or email.
Adding live chat for support is another way we are committed to supporting all of our customers.
