New Features! Image Block Enhancements, PhotoBiz Assistant, and New Multi-Language Support

Hi everyone! We are pleased to share four new features that improve the PhotoBiz platform. They will help you learn how to use the platform, improve your customer’s experience, and give you new options for designing your site.
Banner and Image Block Enhancements
To improve your workflow when designing or making updates to your site, we added new banner and image block enhancements.
If you want to update a banner or image that has text or buttons superimposed on them by our system, you can now replace the image while keeping the additional settings intact, without re-entering any information. Just upload a new image or select an image from your clipboard or stock folders, and it will overwrite the current image.
Next is a brand new feature. We call it the PhotoBiz Assistant.
In the bottom right corner of the control panel, you will now find an orange question mark icon. Click on it and the PhotoBiz Assistant will pop out to help you. Based on where you are in the control panel it will recommend videos and support articles. The PhotoBiz Assistant also gives you quick access to our support team phone number, and the ability to create a support ticket.
The PhotoBiz Assistant is available throughout the entire control panel and replaces the orange tutorial buttons previously found in the control panel.
We hope the PhotoBiz Assistant will help you work quickly and get help faster than before. Whenever you need assistance, the PhotoBiz Assistant is just a click away.
Contact Tab Redesign
We made some improvements to the contacts tab as well. This redesign now matches all the other products in the top menu and allows for PhotoBiz to develop more data to be store.
To help you easily access your clients’ Proofing data, we also renamed the Favorites tab to Proofing (this is a tab found on each contact’s record). We hope this makes it easier to find.
Multi-Language Support for French, Italian, and Spanish
Last we added new multi-language support for French, Italian, and Spanish. By default, all buttons and pop up reminders for Websites, Ecommerce, and Proofing are in English. Now you can select your preferred language. Just click on Account, then Settings, and then Languages. There you’ll find a drop-down menu to choose a language.
