Starting today, you can now use PhotoBiz’s new Quotes tool! You can create and send custom quotes to your customers to review and approve in no time. You can even personalize options with custom items within a quote before sending.
Any of the products, packages, or services you set up within the PhotoBiz Ecommerce tool can be applied to a quote. This makes it quick and easy to set up a quote with just a few clicks.
Need to add something to a quote that you don’t have set up in the Ecommerce section of your PhotoBiz account? Perhaps your time for an event, additional services, travel, etc. You can add custom items directly into a quote, make adjustments, add prices, and more.
The quote will automatically update and the total price will adjust based on any edits or additions you make. Once you have a quote ready to share, you can send it directly to your customer from the PhotoBiz control panel.
Your customer will receive an email branded with your logo, with a prompt to view the quote. Then they can either approve or deny it.
You can also set a deadline for your clients to approve a quote.
Then if they approve the quote, an invoice will automatically be generated for you to review and send, so you can get paid.
The new Quotes tool is also multi-lingual. You can choose to send quotes in English, Spanish, French, or Italian. The auto-generated components of the quotes will appear in the language you choose. Note: You are responsible for providing any custom language in the appropriate language.
Invoicing enhancements and control panel updates
Our Invoicing tool got some updates too!
Now you can add products, packages, and services directly to invoices (just like quotes) and the pricing and option details will automatically be applied.
Invoices also now have a new home in the control panel. There is a new icon on the left side menu of the PhotoBiz platform that houses Quotes, Invoices, and associated tracking details. Storing pre- and post-payment options together makes the information more accessible.
Along with multi-lingual support for the Quotes tool, comes multi-lingual support for invoices. You can choose to send invoices in English, Spanish, French, or Italian. The auto-generated components of the invoices will appear in the language you choose. Note: You are responsible for providing any custom language in the appropriate language.
Even better with automated emails
To keep up with clients and make sure you get paid, you can set up automated email series for Invoices (coming soon for Quotes!). Within the Marketing area of the control panel, you can set up Email Automation. Simply create an email automation series, activate it, and attach it to an invoice. Based on the triggers in your email series, your customers will receive email reminders. These are great to ensure you get paid, and can help you worry less about chasing down payments.

What if I’m using PhotoBiz Legacy products?
