We’ve added to our list of accolades! Our portfolio video and recent work in social media just scored two Awards of Distinction from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts.
The 22nd Annual Communicator Awards received 6,000 entries from around the world. It is among the largest and most competitive awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals. We are thrilled to be recognized!

This little beauty was one of the first videos produced under Jeremy H, our creative director. It features the many talents of our staff and clients.
The video has a really lovely look and inspirational tone. It displays the versatility of our websites and the creativity of our client’s work.
This video is on our current websites page and serves as a touchstone for the “new” look and feel of PhotoBiz. It was also the jumping off point for the "Be Original" campaign that inspires our social media work...
Award of Distinction in Social Media
We launched the “Be Original” campaign early last year and ran with it. The result was a deep-dive into what it means to be unique.
In social media, this played out in bold colors and messaging, quirky concepts, and posts featuring customers and staff who do truly one-of-a-kind work.
So what does it mean to “Be Original?” Well, a lot.
To us, it means being a shining star in your field. A trendsetter. One of “the crazy ones” as Apple so famously put it. To break new ground and set new records.
It also means being first! An originator, a creator. Originals have been around since the beginning and they stand the test of time. They're known for quality and simplicity. For being the “gold standard.”
As a pioneer in the creative website industry (we’ve been making great sites since 2004!), we embody “first”ness pretty darn well.
We also keep things fun around the ‘Biz, and our passionate staff helps creative pros make inspired creations. NOT plain, boring old websites.
Originality is baked into our corporate Culture and Values. To be and do more. To help and serve with creativity and commitment. And at the end of the day, to not take ourselves too seriously :)
