Setting up your company’s information and logos in your PhotoBiz account just got easier. In the past, you could set up branding in each PhotoBiz product individually, including your logo and company information. With our new global branding settings, you can set up branding for your website, proofing, and notification emails all in one place, with just a few clicks.
Instead of setting up branding within each product, we’ve created a new section in your control panel called Branding.
In the new Branding tab, you can now set up your logo, favicon, and company details once and then this information is added to key locations of your account including your website and notifications your customers receive from you.
As a new customer, using the new global branding settings is the fastest way to set up your company details through your Website Builder, GDPR, Appointment Page, Metadata, Blog, Scheduler email notifications, and Proofing.
Can I still edit branding for each product?
Yes, in fact, the branding settings in each product have been enhanced.
Now when you go to branding sections within specific products, such as the Website Builder or Proofing, you’ll find the branding setting options have been revised.
The logo section has two options:
Auto - Uses the settings from the new global branding settings.
Custom - Overrides the global branding settings with unique branding for that product.
NOTE: If you have a logo already uploaded to specific products, we set your branding to custom so your logo and information will continue to be there. You don’t need to do anything. We do encourage you to use the new global branding settings to apply branding to products you haven’t previously set up.
This new feature aims to help you streamline your overall look and give you one central location to store your branding details. This is just one more step in our goal to give you everything in one place, even within your control panel.
This update is available for clients with PhotoBiz 8 (our newest website builder) and Proofing.
PhotoBiz Partners: The new global branding settings also enhance communications to your clients, by adding your branding to notifications your clients receive from you through your Partner Dashboard.
