We are continuing to refine and enhance our global branding settings and universal checkout system. Today we launched redesigned receipts. This includes both order summaries that you receive and the receipts your customers receive. The updated receipts are now more modern, responsive, and better organized.
This redesign of receipts affects payments through your online store, proofing galleries, forms, and invoices.
You’ll see the new modern design will give your brand a fresh feeling. But, you’ll see that the updates go beyond cosmetic changes.
First, we reorganized sections within receipts to make it easy for you to copy billing information to create your own shipping label more efficiently.
Also, you get a high-level order summary with what was purchased and the total cost, instead of the total only being found at the end of the purchase order.
We’ve also refreshed how items within the receipts are organized. When someone makes a purchase through a proofing event the receipt will now be organized by prints, packages, and digitals instead of by image. For example, when someone makes a purchase with multiple prints, packages, and more, the images to be printed will display by what image was purchased, with details about sizes and quantities.
Previously receipts were organized by image, no matter if it was ordered as a print or package.
These new receipt designs are also responsive, so you and your customers will be able to easily see them from a phone or tablet!
