Communication tools
Communication with your customers is important. You need to communicate to turn leads into customers, and stay connected with your customers to keep them coming back. The PhotoBiz Contacts tool is a CRM that tracks your contact’s activity for easy reference. Here are some of our customer’s favorite parts of it:
Conversations. A special feature built into the PhotoBiz Contacts tool is conversations. This unique feature is like having an instant messenger for your business inside your CRM. You and your customers receive notifications by email, but you don’t have to go back to your email to see a log of the conversation. It’s all saved inside your contact records.
Activity history. The Contacts tool also stores purchase history, proofing activity (likes and comments), blog comments, email marketing campaign history, and archives of your “conversations”. This makes it really easy to see how people have interacted with you.
Organization. Another favorite part of the Contacts tool is the ability to organize contacts with tags. You can set up tags to automatically be added to contacts based on their activity, such as purchasing a specific product or completing a specific form. Or you can manually add tags to contacts. By using tags you can quickly see your contacts organized by their interests and activities (e.g., weddings, families, newborns, events). Then you can use that information to connect with specific customers through email marketing campaigns or personal outreach.

I use Proofing to show clients their images and I use it in conjunction with my E-commerce to sell them their digital images and products. I always meet them either in person or via video call to show them their galleries and walk them through ordering what they want. We go through them together to choose their favorites. Once they’ve ordered, I can use the option to send their favorites in an email for them to download or I make a new gallery for them to download from.
